Day 10 | The Battle Belongs to Him
January 14, 2025
Message | Pastor John K. Jenkins Sr.
Student Prayer | Luke
Our Father in heaven,
Thank you for the incredible gift of calling you our Father. You’ve adopted us as your children, regardless of our past, and your love for us never fades. We are grateful to be your sons and daughters.
Father, we praise your name.
You are our peace in the chaos of life. Your Word reminds us: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Thank you that we can trust you with our burdens, knowing your will is perfect. Help us to surrender our plans and let you guide our lives.
Give us this day our daily bread.
Father, we bring our concerns to you, trusting you to repair what is broken. You are our mighty rock and refuge. Remind us of your promise: we have not been given a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind.
Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
Thank you for freeing us from the prison of unforgiveness. You offer forgiveness when we confess our sins, and we are grateful for salvation through Jesus.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Father, we ask for strength to overcome the struggles in our lives. Let us remember that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us. Help us to break free from anything that holds us back and shine your light into the areas of our hearts that need healing.
As we go about our day—whether to school, work, or other responsibilities—help us to be leaders who reflect your love. Your Word says, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.” Fill us with confidence to follow your will and let you lead.
For yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.
