Dear God, our Father, who is close with us right now,
Holy is Your name. Your name deserves all the glory and all the praise. Your name is loving because You first showed us love. Your name is powerful because with You anything is possible. Your name is holy because You are unlike any other, unique, and unmatched. God, thank you for being our Provider and giving us everything we need. Thank you for being a Shepherd, speaking to us and guiding us. God you are so good.
Today God, I pray Your agenda over everyone in this room and all the sticky notes on the walls. I pray that today, Your name will be glorified and honored by all creation, that your kingdom will grow, and your reign will be known on Earth as it is in heaven. I pray that your offering of salvation will reach far past this room and lives will be transformed by your love.
God, we cast our cares on you today for you know what our future holds. I pray that you will give us guidance through our obstacles today and help us to make the decisions that will best honor you, God. I pray for strength, hope and resilience through daily challenges. God, I pray for your fulfillment of our daily needs, I pray that you may give us comfort and peace today, and God please continue to bring us into community today.
Today forgive us of our sins and any actions or thoughts that go against Your will for us. Forgive our failures or time that we have fallen sort of loving Your people and help us to love others today. Forgive us of all the times that we neglect to follow through with Your will even when we are given multiple chances. I pray that You help us to accept Your wonderful grace and help us to continue to move forward without feelings shame or unworthiness. I pray that we can begin to show that same grace to those who have wronged us.
Give us a softened heart towards others today, God and give us strength as we engage in spiritual warfare. Whether we battle with temptation, lies, anxieties, or depressions, we bring it to you God because you give us the armor to equip ourselves with. Thank you for giving us Your truth, Your protection, faith in your abilities, assurance of salvation, and Your word as a weapon against the lies and evil. God, no weapons formed against You shall prosper. Help us to grow stronger in our faith and relationships with you and help us to depend on you.
God, You reign, You answer prayers, You guide lives, You make miracles happen, With You, God, victory will be complete. You have all authority. Yours in the Kingdom, the power and the glory forever. In your name we pray, Amen.
