Pastoral Care Coordinator
The role of a Care Pastor Coordinator is to provide meaningful support under the guidance of a Care Pastor leadership collaboration. This role is an extension of Pastoral Care ministry as a whole and will interact with members and attendees of Heartland Church, as well as those in our community. When necessary, the CPC will assist in helping assigned people take their next best step as applicable. The Care Pastor Coordinators aim is to show the love of Jesus tangibly by responding to those in crisis and using Godly wisdom to connect them to appropriate resources and/or help. appropriate systems, resources, and relationships, ensuring that every person who connects with the Church is cared for efficiently and effectively. This position will partner as needed with other Heartland Church efforts, internal staff teams, and the Dream Teams of the church to grow the Pastoral Care Ministry of Heartland Church.
