Have questions about mission trips?

Contact us at missions@heartlandchurch.com and we would be happy to answer them!

Every day, somewhere around the world, Heartland Church and our partners are planting a church, feeding the homeless, serving someone in need, and spreading the gospel to unreached people.

Heartland Church is honored to partner with organizations and to come alongside the communities they serve in. We do this through three types of trips – vision, serve, and educational trips.

Learn more about our three types of trips –

  • Travel to see and experience the value and impact that our missions partners are making around the world.

  • Our team will have the opportunity to come alongside local and global communities to build projects, relationships, and ministries. If you are looking for a traditional missions experience, these are the trips for you.

  • Journey to learn and more deeply understand our Christian faith by visiting biblically historical locations.

How to Prepare

Interested in being part of a mission trip?
Here are some tips to consider.

  • Be sure your Passport is current and not about to expire. Some countries require that your current passport will not expire for at least 6 months until after your visit.

TIP:  Be sure your current or new passport is signed.

TIP:  If your Passport will expire in less than a year, go ahead and get it renewed.

  • Visit cdc.gov/travel for information regarding vaccinations suggested for your country of travel.

  • International
Assuming you were to fly coach, most of our international trips will be in the $3,000 to $4,500 per person range.  This will include the cost of hotels, group meals, group-ground-transportation, etc. Essentially everything but your personal expenses.

    Continental US Trips
Some of these trips will be overnight, and may be within a few hours drive of Fishers. They’ll be great opportunities to serve, experience other churches we’ve helped plant and support, and to see what happens when our combined generosity comes together to reach more people with the message of Jesus. These trips should be comparatively inexpensive to participate in.
