Lord, thank you for being a good father, one who supplies all of our needs, you love us beyond measure and have been so good to us from the start. We are grateful for you waking us up this morning and getting us through this week.

You are Jehovah-Jireh, our provider. You provide in our times of need when we think all is lost; we know that we can cast our cares on you, and you will sustain us. You bless us beyond measure.

God, we gather this morning to come into your presence and to pray over the lost and hurting. There are loved ones who are sick and loved ones who don’t know you, Father; Lord, I pray you would do miraculous works in our loved ones' lives today. When we are weak, give us strength. God, when we are tired today, give us your daily bread and renew us. You are a God of provision, and we know that you have good plans for us. Help us to want your plan, not our own. Help us to pray your agenda today, Father.

Lord, thank you for being our shepherd and our protector. Even though we will walk through the valley of the shadow of death, lord, you are there with us. Faithful to us through it all.

Today, help us forgive those we have been holding back forgiveness from. Help us to overcome whatever pride or bitterness is holding us back. We recognize we aren't perfect, but forgive us for the areas of our lives where we are weak and fall back into sin. Give us the strength to break those chains that have been holding us down.

God, you are all-powerful, you are the beginning and the end. We know that you can do all things, and we thank you for being here with us this morning. We praise you for these things, for you are a good, good father. In your name, we pray, amen
